Choices

When we go to heaven and meet Jesus, He is going to ask us a few questions.

We may be wearing all the branded and fashionable clothes whilst on earth but Jesus is not going to ask what we wore, but who we clothed.
We may be a great chef who whips up sumptuous dishes and delights but Jesus is not going to ask how delicious the is the food we cook or eat, but who we fed.
We may drive an awesome car, a Volkswagan or an Evolution, But Jesus is not going to ask how cool's our ride, but who we gave a ride to.

God doesn't care what we acquired in life, but what we did with them.

Christianity is about God and the people around us.

2000 years ago, whenever Jesus was in town, people would flock around him to get healed.
There was a story about a paralytic. He has a condition, a physical one, that he was handicapped, crippled. He was carried by his friends, presumably four them, and dropped from a roof just to be healed and be forgiven by Jesus. Jesus healed him and forgave him of his sins, amid the people criticising him of blasphemy.

Now, Jesus is in town. He resides in a place called the church. He still heals, He still takes shame and guilt away. He's always in town.

Whenever we get into a mess, Jesus helps us out of it, and even protects and restores us in the process.

When we know somebody has a condition, we should be like the paralytic's four friends. We should bring him or her to church to be healed. We all know that Jesus is so real, and powerful, yet we chose not to bring that friend to church. The Word of the Lord is in our hearts. We hold the hope of many non-christians in our hearts, and we should bring it to somebody who needs it.

To get to Jesus, we have to overcome the 3 Cs.
1.Condition
2.Crowd
3.Critic

1.Condition
A condition, or an issue, comes from a broken heart. It comes when a tragedy happens and it causes you extreme agony and pain. Everybody hurts, but not everybody quits. We have to get our friends to Jesus when he or she has a condition. Only then would the brokenness of their hearts be completely healed.

2.Crowd
Sometimes, the crowd would make you do things that you would never do on your own. The people you hang out with has everything to do with where you end up in. If we choose to decide base on the people around us, we would end up wearing the 'masks' which would lead to us being not who we really are. We should decide base on the Lord, not the people around us.

3.Critic
Finally, we have to get past our critics. If we do not get past our critics, we would not be able to be the person God wants us to be. We would just huddle under the basket of fear and stay there forever. Fellow saints, do not fear or allow the critics to affect you. Afterall, when God's power shows up, everybody else would shut up.

Therefore, remember, we choose base on the Lord, not the people around us.

It's a choice that leads to what happens.

It is when we become love itself, that we become the difference.

We are born choosers, and we would choose how we end.
